He was professional, on time (actually about 15 minutes early), and brought trays of delicious appetizers which we had previously agreed upon. The food was fantastic, diverse, and gave all appetites many options to anyone’s dietary preferences to enjoy. We will certainly be using his services again.

What a guy has to go through just to the ingredients for a proper Aviation cocktail. Boggles the mind.

So glad to hear about efforts to cut through the red tape. Now if we could only get John McCarthy a little shelf space in one of the local ABC stores.

Or abolish the system altogether.
