-A finely crafted, well balanced beer that’s usually what I want when I’m thirsty.

Blanche du Chambly Belgian Style Wheat (Chambly, Quebec)

-Wonderful texture, exotic flavors.  This is a great beer with food.

Highland Gaelic Ale  (Asheville, North Carolina)

-Frighteningly easy to drink.  Smooth malt and just a touch of bitter.
