Brooklyn Brewery Sorachi Ace on draft (Brooklyn, NY)                     -Classic Saison featuring the rare Sorachi Ace hop.  Completely refreshing.

Amstel Light (Amsterdam, Netherlands)                                            -Light, crisp, refreshing.  Basically why you drink light beer.

Fullsail Session Lager (Portland, Oregon)
-A bright, crisp, craft beer version of the easy drinking lagers often paired with Asian food.

North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner (Fort Bragg, California)
  -A finely crafted, well balanced beer that’s usually what I want when I’m thirsty.

Unibroue Blanche de Chambly (Quebec, Canada)                              -Wonderful texture, exotic flavors.  This is a great beer with food.

Hitachino Nest White Ale (Japan)                                                       -Warm and ripe with fine bubbles and a finish redolent of spice and citrus.

Duvel Golden Ale (Belgium)                                                               -Classic and great with food.  Smooth, crisp and satisfying. (8.5%)

Westmalle Abbey Trappist Ale Tripel (Belgium)
-The mother of all tripels.  Complex with a fruity aroma and nuanced hop scent. (9.5%)

Highland Gaelic Ale  (Asheville, North Carolina)                               -Frighteningly easy to drink.  Smooth malt and just a touch of bitter.

Peak Organic IPA (Portland, Maine)                                                           -A really nicely balanced IPA and a staff favorite.

Hitachino Red Rice Ale (Japan)                                                                     -Very pretty red color and bright, refreshing flavors.  Deliciously unique.

Victory Golden Monkey Ale (Dowingtown, Pennsylvania)
-I feel I owe you all an apology for waiting so long to put this on the list. (9.5%)

Ska Brewing Co. Decadent Imperial IPA (Durango, Colorado) 22oz
-This is big boy right here.  Delicious, balanced, and full of booze (10%)

Founders Porter (Grand Rapids, Michigan)                                              -Very smooth with subtle flavors of coffee and toasted bread. (6.5%)

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout (Brooklyn, NY)                            -Deep, rich, satisfying and among the best values in Imperial Stouts.
